I cleaned the flat today. Seamus, if you're not sure where any of your belongings are, just ask. I promise I didn't throw anything away unless it was completely disgusting. I just organized things a bit better.
You know, I'm thinking I'll paint my room. I don't know what color yet. My favorite is orange, of course, but I don't know how that would look in my room. Maybe just one wall of a lighter orange. Or maybe I'll paint each wall a different color. That might be a bit much, though.
My tulips are dying. I hadn't thought I'd have to replace them so soon.

Did you read the news? Four of the girls have been returned. I haven't heard much, but thank Merlin they're back home safe.
I'm still getting used to the new flat, but I must say it hasn't been nearly as dramatic as you lot claimed it would be. It's actually quite nice having someone else in the house especially at night. Hopefully Seamus doesn't mind my compulsive cleaning, though I can't imagine what sort of person would be upset at having a one-woman maid service.
And Roger, the girls at the shop have been saying some things about you. Something about a giant drifiting race that they can't believe you're crazy enough to participate in? And an awful lot about how they'd be glad to take care of you should you manage to hurt yourself. Sometimes I wonder why I hired them in the first place. What's going on?

Well, everything's finally packed up. Seamus, I haven't heard from you in a while. If you've decided at the last second that you don't want a room mate anymore, I'm going to have to murder you.
It's weird seeing my flat so empty, though. It reminds me of when I first moved in. I had gotten the crazy idea into my head to start a bookshop. Who would've thought everything would have turned out so well? Merlin, it makes me feel old to look back on myself then. Eighteen and ready to take on the world.
I'll miss this flat. How strange to think someone else will be living in it once I'm gone!

Seamus, are you sure you're interested in having me as your room mate? I liked your flat, and I'd love to have you as a room mate, but I don't want you to regret the decision, especially after your 'women make the world go round' epiphany.

In light of recent events as well as financial considerations, I've decided to enter into the room mate market.
I'd feel much more comfortable having someone else at home, so I could stop worrying about all those bloody creaking noises. Besides, it would make rent considerably more affordable, and it'll be nice to have someone around.
If anyone's looking, I have a guest room available, or I suppose I could be convinced to find a new place, too.
